Get ready for a medieval and magical adventure! Each day offers a unique, hands-on project to spark your imagination and develop your artistic skills. This camp promises a fun-filled week full of creativity and imagination!
- Monday, March 17, Medieval Castle Magic: Bring your artistic vision to life and create a magical medieval castle on canvas! Learn basic acrylic painting techniques, color theory, and how to create depth and dimension in your artwork.
- Tuesday, March 18, Felt Gnome Plushie: Learn the fundamentals of sewing and create a unique, handmade felt gnome. By the end, you’ll have a charming new plushie friend to treasure.
- Wednesday, March 19, Fire-Breathing Dragon: Tap into your inner dragon slayer (or dragon lover!) with this exciting painting project. In this class, you’ll learn how to paint a fearsome medieval dragon on a wooden disk!
- Thursday, March 20, Royal Throne: Become royalty for the day and create your very own throne! In this exciting mixed-media project, you’ll use cardboard, model magic, beads, and other found objects to design and build a magnificent throne!
- Friday, March 21, Gargoyle Guardians: Become a master sculptor and create your very own gargoyle guardian! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to use model magic to shape and sculpt a fearsome (or cute) gargoyle!
Please purchase 1 ticket per child per class. All materials are included with the ticket purchase. Parents are welcome to drop off their child or stay during the class in the Arts Center in the Vari Studio Workspace.
No experience is necessary. Classes are available to children ages 6 to 12.
